At MacProps we understand that modern retirees have far greater expectations of the services they receive, of the way their villages are managed, and how policies and procedures are maintained. We also have a deep desire to care for members of this vulnerable sector and ensure that their golden years are comfortable, settled, and enjoyable.

We are a registered managing agent in terms of the Property Practitioners Act, and a member of the National Association of Managing Agents. We appoint skilled administrators and village managers, and through our group of associated companies, provide bundled offerings to retirement villages. Our model reduces the cost of care and other services through shared administration and management functions, leading to significant cost savings for all stakeholders. This is especially true where MacCare MPC (our sister company providing Care Services) is on-site.

MacProps has a clear understanding of the financial management of retirement villages and how to plan levies without making them exorbitant so that residents’ service expectations are met.
