The village boasts a fully equipped frail care center with 24 hours emergency response. The fully qualified nursing staff are on hand to assist with dedicated nursing care and assisted living care services.

The open plan design of the apartment lends itself to spacious living. The built-in cupboards in both bedrooms provide ample storage space. The bathroom is equipped with a shower large enough when assistance might be needed later.

The unit has a monthly Care levy payable. This levy provides the resident with weekly domestic and laundry services, weekly clinic service, and basic care services. Daily meals are an added extra.
